In 2020, Heinrich started Firm Learning to help people become successful in the first years of their consulting career.

For 6 years, Heinrich worked as consultant and project lead at McKinsey, responsible for teams of 2 to 5 consultants. Recently, he transitioned into a C-level position in Corporate.

Heinrich graduated from the INSEAD MBA program in France and Singapore. Before, he completed an M.Sc. Accounting and Finance at London School of Economics, and also holds a B.Sc. Business Administration and a B.A. Philosophy.
